AQUA DISCHARGE

  Base-White-Opaque White and activator powder that’s added to the ink.
  Suitable for all dischargeable cotton garments and some blends. 
  Care must be taken to ensure the dye used on the garments are dischargeable  
  and not fixed dyes. Mesh counts from 43-77t mesh are suitable to allow 
  discharging to take place.  
  The printed discharge can be overprinted with plastisol using hi mesh 
  counts, e.g. 120-150t resulting in a softer feel.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Available in Base -Opaque White - Standard White, In 1kg-5kg contianer sizes.

 

TEXIFLEX DISCHARGE BASE.

FOR USE WITH ALL DISCHARGABLE GARMENTS,

CAN BE PRINTED THROUGH A 34-77T MESH.

Discharge printing occurs during the curing stage, which involves heating the garment for a minimum of 90 seconds at 160°C (320°F) to evaporate moisture and activate the discharge process, resulting in a washable print and a soft, discharged fabric. The ink's active life after being mixed with an activator can last for several hours,

Is an economical easy to print discharge WHITE for use on cotton garments. With a soft feel and good screen stability makes this discharge base easy to print and use. Mesh counts from 34t to 77 allows the printer to match the screen to the garment to get the best end results.

TEXIFLEX DISCHARGE ACTIVATOR

The discharge ink activator contains a formaldehyde-like chemical that breaks down the garment's dye molecules. Add 5-6% by weight to the ink and mix well. Once mixed the inks will be active For 5-7hrs. after this time the discharge process will not work.

All unused ink should be disposed of.
